Order Processing Guide 

 

Ordering from Liv’s CharCUTEries is simple and straightforward. Please review the steps below to understand how orders are processed.

 

1. Submit Your Order Request

Orders are submitted through our website, email, or direct message. Submitting a request does not guarantee availability.

 

2. Order Confirmation & Deposit

Once your order is approved, you will receive an invoice.A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order. Orders are not secured until the deposit is received.

 

3. Required Lead Times

  • Standard Charcuterie Boards: 3–5 days’ notice

  • Grazing Tables: Minimum of 2 weeks’ notice

Orders placed outside of these timeframes are subject to availability and rush fee. 

 

Customization & Substitutions

Each board is curated using fresh, high-quality ingredients.Liv’s CharCUTEries reserves the right to substitute and customize items based on seasonal availability, local produce, and artisanal samplings while maintaining overall value and style.

 

Preparation & Fulfillment

All orders are prepared as close to the event time as possible to ensure freshness, quality, and presentation.

 

 Pickup or Delivery

Pickup or delivery details will be confirmed in advance. Clients are responsible for timely pickup. Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to logistics.

 

Freshness Guarantee

All orders are backed by our Guaranteed Freshness Promise.Any verified freshness or quality concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.

 

Liv’s CharCUTEries shall not be held liable for issues arising from improper storage, delayed consumption, or mishandling of products after delivery or pickup.
