Terms and Conditions for Gourmet Charcuterie Boards

By placing an order with Liv’s CharCUTEries, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

A 50% deposit is required at the time of order confirmation. Orders are not secured until the deposit is received.
All grazing tables require a minimum of two (2) weeks’ notice.
Deposits are non-refundable once an order is confirmed.
Orders cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled delivery or pickup may be subject to full payment.
Liv’s CharCUTEries reserves the right to cancel or nullify any order or contract due to non-payment, safety concerns, inability to meet quality standards, or unforeseen circumstances.
All products are prepared using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Verified freshness or quality concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or pickup to be eligible for a refund or credit.
Refunds or credits are issued at the sole discretion of Liv’s CharCUTEries.
